The Class Analysis Collective is dedicated to studying and discussing political theory focused on class. The aim of the group is political education as well as class consciousness raising. Deliberative Democracy Collective is focused on making democracy visible! This group tackles our political vision as outlined in the DiEM25 Manifesto: "To empower the people of Europe we envisage new layers of deliberative democracy (e.g. democratic deliberation councils comprising randomly selected residents) between the voters and elected representatives (e.g. parliament, local and national governments)."  Join this group to learn more about various forms of deliberative democracy - and from there, co-develop policy proposals to facilitate realising our vision.  General Note: Members have the option to create additional thematic collectives on this theme. Topic: Technological Sovereignty

exploring the intersection of digital technologies and society, to strengthen technological sovereignty and democratisation, primarily by co-educating ourselves and others, and by contributing ideas for DiEM25's policies. Current topics include: digital rights, welfare, and privacy; identification; digital integrity; cryptography; net neutrality; technological sovereignty; the commons; resistance to exploitative systems; intellectual property; data commons and infrastructure ownership; decentralised architectures; free and open source software; interoperability; media technology; A.I. and computer generated content; extended reality and UX; democratic governance and education; alternative social media; reduction of harm for vulnerable people; tech sector regulation; public infrastructure funding; and accountability of governments re: tech. Where our oligarchic economies transform into decentralised cooperative enterprises - horizontally organised with no shareholders except for those employed in them.
